SHOGUN TRADING STRATEGY
DAILY ANALYSIS FOR 02/08/06 |
| (Use this chart and commentary to plan your trades. The goal is to trade
with the market, never against it. This chart will show our expectation,
projection and commentary. This is a very important tool for you.) |
| SHORT TERM ANALYSIS |
|
Same comments from last night. The down trend continued today, but did
lose some of the momentum. As we said last night, this may be the third
and final wave for this short term down trend.
|
| LONG TERM ANALYSIS |
|
The market broke below a major support line, the up trending trend line
that has supported this move.
|
| TRADING CONDITIONS |
The market is getting choppier here on a short term basis,
meaning this pull back is reaching its end. The strong sellers are now
taking a break and will let the market bounce up a bit. After this bounce,
the market will be free to start another down trend.
We are going to take aggressive profits on the short side, reduce our
exposure to a bounce back. When the bounce back is over, we will look
to re-enter the short side.

Short Term Trade: A short term trade involves taking advantage
of intra day patterns. It will involve active intra day management and trading.
These trades will typically last a day or two. The purpose of this trade is
to take advantage of very short term trends in the market.
Swing Trade: A Swing Trade is designed to take advantage of
minor market trends. Typically, these trades will involve some intra day trading
and execution and will last between a day and a week. This trade is between
a day trade and a long term trade. It is too long for day traders and too short
for investors.
Position Trade: A position trade is designed to take advantage
of major market trends. These trades are much slower and much easier to manage
for those without intra day access. Typically, these trades will involve market
wide trends and will last for weeks at a time.
